I'm stuck using a Vaio Flip 15A (4500u/HD 4400, GT 735M, 8GB, SSD) to power the laptop's active digitizer and two external displays (full HD).

I see videos stutter (including when the 735M is disabled) about a quarter of the time in general on any of the displays and other times I'll experience lag in Photoshop (~full HD canvas, 1-3 layers only) about half of the time when Google Hangouts is also on.

Am I asking too much of the system? Would a laptop cooler solve these problems or could it be the software?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
i am not sure how heavy an active digitizer is. but, you can check your utilization (cpu is easy just check the task manager), if the cpu is not reaching ~100% then better check the ram and gpu also.
check your temps

i think the load is just too much
