[SOLVED] Understanding HD Tune result

I did a bechmrk on HD Tune with my hard drive in safe mode and need help understanding the results
I only use 60GB of the total 1 tb and i assume that is stored in the first 10 percent where it fluctuates a lot.
Why is it fluctuating?
Also normaly HD Tune results show increasing response time and decreasing read speeds as the test happens but here they remained constant, Why?

Hi, we recommend testing the hard drive with the diagnostic software of the manufacturer, to be sure it is not faulty.

Have you done any other tests or troubleshooting steps?

The OP's drive is an SMR model. I don't know why HD Tune produces the strange benchmark graph, but here is another thread with similar results:

I did a degrag using iobits defrag but the results didnt change it is boot drive

SMART looks OK apart from the G-Sense Error Rate.

The G sense errors are can be caused by strong vibrations as well as impact type shocks.
I'm wondering if you have loud speakers or a sub near the PC and it's picking up the sound vibrations.
