Make and model of your laptop? You might want to see if it's pending any BIOS updates. As for your undervolt, use ThrottleStop. This entire reddit post as well as this guide should be worthwhile reads. Go in gradual decrements since there is no magic number that you key in. You could try with -50mv on the CPU core, cache and iGPU and then work your way down from there.
