Undervolted CPU crashing, harm the hardware?

I undervolted a bit too much, even though i set it to a level where prime95 wasnt reporting errors. I guess i didnt test long enough.

My video rendering is showing the issue with crash restarts.

I an slowly upping the voltage towards the default, but is it dangerous to keep crashing my computer til i find a setting that works?

It's not dangerous unless you're overheating the CPU, I'd personally work downwards though, to get less crashes while finding stability.
