Question Undervolting a i5-4210M CPU

So I want to undervolt my CPU to rid my pc of overheating problems. The CPU is a i5-4210M 2.6 GHz. I have undervolted to only -0.10V now and I'm pretty scared to go further. How much can I undervolt this CPU without BSOD and restarts?

That would partly be something to worry about, depending on your laptop's manufacturere. There are threads and even PSA's of specific models of Lenovo laptops to not stray far during undervolting. Thread in question, here.
