What are you trying to achieve, performance or temperature reduction ? If you have good cooling, you don't need negative CO, that's only used to control temps.

In the Curve Optimizer (CO) Section of your bios, there will be an option to use the negative undervolt. You can do it all core or per core.

Simply choose an offset Positive or Negative (negative in your case) and set it to -10. Start there. Reboot, test with CB R23 and note down your scores and temps.

Then go back and set the offset to -20, wash, rinse, repeat. You do not need to touch any voltage settings to do this. This is why we have CO.
