Question Undervolting - My GPU voltage keeps changing - - - how to undervolt properly ?

Hey! I am trying to undervolt my GPU and I've found some guides on how to do this. But when I watch their videos, they have a consistant voltage. Mine just keep changing.. How can I get a base start when it keeps changing? Any advice?

What is the make and model of your GPU? What app/software are you using to undervolt your GPU?

Yours keep changing from what exactly? If you stay in idle voltage will stay low, if you make use of your GPU in an application then voltage will increase to what you have set the limit at. So what do you mean exactly?
