i got a 64GB micro sd from ADATA it's a SDXC class 10... since i used it in my chromebook and my android phone, my windows device won't detect it no more. But it still works fine in my phone and chromebook!

When i use third party software, to format it, it won't list the available drives unless I retrieve the micro sd card from the pc... than it will complete the scan and list the drives... same for the cmd line...

is there any other way i can make it detectable again on windows?

Hi

what format is the sd card?
exfat
ntfs

ext2, ext3 (or other Unix/linux formats) [and Windows will not see it]

If you boot up PC from a modern Linux Live cd such as Parted Magic or GParted
then use the Partition Editor it will tell you what the format type is and allow you to change it by re formatting

Does the Windows PC card reader support SDXC cards?

the micro sd card is in exfat ... i tried with a linux installation disk and it freezes the screen as soon as a plug the micro sd card... when i unplug it, it resumes!

it does the same thing with any other 3rd party sotfware!

when i plug my phone with the sd card to the computer, i can access it no problem, but i can't see it in the disk management or in any other 3rd party software... when i try through the cmd line with diskpart and list disk, it doesn't appear there either
