Undetected device in device manager

Hello, my laptop is DELL inspiron 1564 and i dont have any idea why there is "undetected device" in the device manager and also the memory card slot isnt working.. can you help me to fix these problems?

Suspect its the Realtek RTS5159E card reader, found under chipset.
