Undetermined Noise and Solution, please help...

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting here. Please excuse any mistake I make.

I recently ran into this problem with my PC, it's getting louder and louder as we speak. I cant quite determine where's the source of the noise, I imagine it's one of the fans I just cant tell which one..
As far as temperature goes, I only play dota2, and it's not exactly a PC-killer kind of game, so the temperature should be around ~50*C. I have never overclock or anything like that.

I initially thought it's build-up dust, I did a thorough clean-up and the noise remains the same.

Please suggest what I should do to keep the PC a bit more quiet.

Here is the components, I used one of the best build last year (blackbird iirc), with a bit of a twist.
I don't have any third-party fans, should I consider buying one to reduce the noise?

My apology if I didn't make my point clear, I'm really technically challenged, took me a good amount of time to just assemble the PC last year.

Well if its hard to determine what fan is making the noise, I normally boot up windows and let it idle, and open the side panel and touch the center of the fans to slow it down and see if the noise changes, of course, don't slow the fan down for too long, its just to see what fan is making the noise.

Also, check your wires, sometimes wires can get jammed up by a fan and touch the fan blades and make noise.

Is it okay to stop the CPU / GPU fans for a few second? I was afraid it would instantly fry the chip so I've been hesitated

There is an extremely sensitive but expensive and possibly overly technical way to determine where exactly the noise is originating from. The cardboard tube inside a roil of paper towels is a good tool for finding the noise-maker in PCs.

I've never once had an issue slowing the fan down with my finger, just don't jam your finger in it or it might hurt or even cut ya, But it is safe to slow it down with your finger just to see if the noise changes, I mean you don't have to stop it completely, and no the chip will not fry right away at idle or even at load. sometimes you can even feel the frame of the fan and if its vibrating more than normal or other fans that probably the fan causing the issue.

I have determined that it's the PSU fan that causes the noise. It seems to be running regardless of the PC temperature / usage (it was running when I was idling.)

What is the next step I should be doing?
