I refreshed my computer, and apparently i am on another account even though it says its my account. Now i cant download anything. How can i go back? This is the second time this happened to me. my windows wouldnt come up so i had to refresh in order to get into my windows.

Unless you created a system image from within the File History panel before performing the refresh, there is no way to go back.
