Unetbootin just gives me a grub command line instead of a live linux (booting from usb)

I really want the latest version of linux mint which is sarah, I have been googling for hours and downloaded various tools, but none of them seem to have this as an option. One of the tools had a "17.2 live linux" as an option. OK well its almost the latest version. I downloaded 17.2 iso and put it on and used the tool. Started it up... and I got a grub command line instead of like the tutorial. very frustrated right now, none of the tools seem to work with the latest linux mint
