Uneven back-lighting in LG monitor.

I have recently bought this LG 24MP59G IPS monitor. After starting to use it I have noticed this uneven back-lighting issue.

Is this form of back-light uniformity issue present in more or less every ips monitor to some degree? Or should I exchange this unit?

I'd say it's normal for a monitor that price.
LG's good 21" (albeit 4K), is ~5x the price of that.

This is a 1080p (75Hz) display. Should I expect backlight problem in all 1080p monitors in this price range?

To some degree, I would expect so.

Not on a gaming monitor.
Playing games you'd never notice it. If you're using this monitor for documents and spreadsheets, you bought the wrong tool for the job.

I get your point. But it's visible while browsing websites with light backgrounds, even in Facebook. My question is will i get warranty replacement for this?

You probably could, but IMO, it's 50/50 whether a replacement will be the same.
If it is distracting, go for it. If the replacement is the same, may have to put a bit more money into an alternative.
