I got two Sceptre 27" Curved 75Hz LED C278W-1920R monitors from a buddy and bought a Vivo double arm mount for them. Not great displays but you can’t beat free and all I do is play Xbox One and work stuff on my PC using them.

For the life of me, I can’t get the monitors to level out on the mount and I’m not sure if I’m being stupid, it’s the angle, it’s the monitors, or something else entirely. I want one monitor squarely facing me for Xbox use and then the other one to the left of it.

I have raised the middle monitor as high as the mount will allow and it’s still a half inch short. Is it the angle I’m using that’s causing this? Do I just need to build an adapter?

Solution
Looking more closely at the photos, it appears the pole may be leaning just slightly to the right, which would cause the right side to sit lower than the left. If you loosen the desk clamp and insert a shim (such as a washer or folded piece of paper) under the right side, then re-tighten it, does that help to correct the alignment of the monitors?

We're sorry the mount isn't holding the monitors level! The individual brackets do have free rotation, so have you checked to make sure both monitors are perfectly level, not rotated a degree or so to the left? Or is it possible one of the arms is sagging down lower than the other (this can be easily checked using a measuring tape from the desktop to the mounting brackets)?

If the problem is a sagging arm, please contact our customer support team about replacement parts: https://vivo-us.com/pages/customer-support-new

Pic of the back. I’m fairly certain the arms are fine and it’s the angle that I’m trying to accomplish that’s causing the unevenness. Basically I’m trying to have a tri monitor setup without the third monitor (the middle display squarely in front of me and another to the left) but I don’t think this is possible using this Vivo mount.

Any advice tho is greatly appreciated
