Unexpected error and PC shutdown

Hello. I have no idea how to fix this problem. I try anything ( reinstall windows , delete programs , etc.. ) but doesn't matter.. anyway this error .. :l
maybe someone know how to fix this ?

Can't see photo. Please run memtest86 though, this may be the cause or a insufficient psu

athr.sys is your wireless card. Try disabling your wireless (in the device manager, disable the atheros wireless card), plug in a wired connection and see what happens.

I suspect the problem will go away. if this is the case i'd try to find newer wireless drivers. if you can't find any try reinstalling them. if that doesn't work then it's probably a physical problem with your wireless card.

Go to your wirless card manufactory aote, download the latest driver, or the 1 before the latest
Device manager, Uninstall all network adapter, the aethros one.
Reboot computer
Device manager update driver on the wirless, point it to the downloaded driver file
