Unexpected Store Exception BSoD

Hey guys, ever since a few days ago, I have been getting the abovementioned BSoD. From what I can tell, it happens only when I open up fortnite (usually about 10ish minutes after it has been opened, it may just be a coincidence). My PC freezes and the audio stutters for about 1 second before the BSoD comes up. The BSoD doesn't ever end up restarting my computer when at 100% like it says it will and I have to manually shut it down. When turning it back on, it gets stuck at the windows logo loading screen (with the circular dotted loading symbol), the loading screen isn't frozen as the circle still spins, but it never gets to the login screen. Getting to the login screen and being able to use the computer properly usually requires me turning the computer completely off for a period of time (again I'm not sure if this is just coincidental). I've updated my graphics drivers, turned off fast startup, disabled my mcafee antivirus, and ran sfc to no result. I would really appreciate some help, thanks heaps in advance.

Edit: a recent BSoD said "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" instead, this has only happened once, and all BSoD's since have said "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION" - and they've all been when playing fortnite (I also have been experiencing frequent freezing of about 30 seconds when playing fortnite every minute or so, which ultimately leads to the BSoD). Also, I tried the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool, and when it gets to 100% it doesnt restart, it just black screens, which means I have to manually shut the computer down and so I don't get a diagnosis.

Specs:
GTX 780
i7 3770
8GB ram (unsure of brand)
Running windows 10

I can get more specs if needed

I'm not sure what you mean by "connected"? the HDD called "Holocene ( D: )" is connected to the computer if that's what you mean?

Your logs, dxdiag and msinfo32 specifically, don't show that particular partition, that's what I meant with that I don't see it connected.
I'm not sure why it's not shown, but you'll want to backup any important data it has and replace the drive.
