Unexpected Sudden Reboot, While Playing Game.

My PC config.

Intel 5280K i7
GTX 970 Asus Strix
Corsair VS 650 PSU
MSi X99 Gaming 7 Mainboard
8Gb Kingston HyperX Ram
Windows 10 14393

This Doesn't happen regularly but when it happens, I am at very crucial point at Game, When I am about to clear A level/chapter.
It happened during COD AW, Now happening With Mass Effect Andromeda.
Haven't played anything Else. Other games like Unity and Syndicate had Some Reboots too.
Cannot Understand the problem!
I have Copied the event log of all the events.
Tried different versions of windows too.

(There cannot be virus here It's Onedrive)
One File Is EVTX. Other is Txt. Txt one only contain last few Events.

And whenever it restarts I hear Very slow beep sound too.

It could be either a faulty overclock or RAM. I had the same thing happen to me on my old build and it was a faulty RAM stick.

If you want to have a better picture of what's going on, install WhoCrashed (http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed) and run it while gaming so when it happens again you'll have a more complete log of the problem.
