I have been using advanced port scanner to "check up" on my network to make sure my nosey gf isn't trying to invade my privacy. As of a cpl days ago the port scanner has been finding 5-6 ports open regularly despite my preferences in windows firewall. When I go to setting in firewall there is nothing out of the norm and nothing new. I am finding a few PID's in netstat command line that I cannot hunt down. Its got me frustrated to say the least. I am running Windows 10 PRO N 64bit build 1703. I've run ADWcleaner, Malwarebytes, Tkill, defender, windows mal software all to no avail. They all find nothing wrong. I hope I have provided enough info. Any help is much appreciated.

Here is advanced port scanners findings.

Thanks for the input. I realize these ports are mainly used for many windows services/apps. I did some research and as far as i can tell I do not use any of the services/apps listed that explicitly use these ports and again my firewall is configured to have these ports closed. Am I overlooking something that may be changing policy to allow use of these ports?

Windows firewall or a proper appliance??
