Unfinished Windows Installation

I built my own computer and was installing windows 10 and after it restarted my pc. It gives me an error telling me it could not complete the installation. I cannot close the window with my mouse or click enter just to click ok. It's stuck and every time I turn it off and on the same thing keeps popping up.

Another fix is to make a new Installer: download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB or DVD
