"Unfixable" SSL issue

Hey guys. I'm having an issue with my browser and the SSL. It started when I changed my computer's name and when I restarted it, the time and date changed. However, I restored it to the exact time in my region and somehow, the SSL expired. I tried adjusting the time both in the BIOS and by synchronizing it, but nothing worked. How do I fix this?
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro

SSL's are used for websites to encrypt information on websites and anything through IIS on servers. If you are talking about a server you are running a website off of, then contact the SSL company and explain the situation, if you bought it they will have a record of its expiration date.

How far out does it say your clock is?

Most likely you're set to the wrong time zone, or the year is out.
