Unidentifiable Webcam Drivers Needed!

So...I got a laptop from my buddy, it was a little screwy, so I reformatted, and got it good to go.

Except for the built in webcam. Strange little thing, I am having the hardest time identifying it. I'm posting it's entry from the device manager and from everest to see if perhaps someone can help me out with some drivers for this beast.

Any help is appreciated.
