Last update was Security Update KB3033929

Ever since doing it on W7 my internet does not work, I've tried reinstalling the network drivers , updating them aswell, tried the cmd stuff , all of it

I have a W10 on the same PC and it works perfectly, my W7 however does not.

My ipconfig /all

Compare the "ipconfig /all" settings between W7 (not working) and W10 (working).

In particular (from your posted "ipconfig"):

============

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device
#4
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : AE-6A-86-72-EE-5C
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::2c5d:d398:608c:737c%20(Preferred)
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.24(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 11 April 2021 14:20:52
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 11 April 2021 15:20:55
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.129
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.129
DHCPv6 IAID . . . . . . . . . . . : 216436309
DHCPv6 Client DUID. . . . . . . . : 00-01-00-01-23-38-4E-51-10-BF-48-78-4C-9A

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.129
NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled

==================

Also, on your router change the lease time to at least 24 hours.

Did you change the lease time on the router?

What make and model router?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue. Who has full admin rights to the router?

You will need help from that person.

Also your physical computer is dual boot; either Windows 7 or Windows 10 as you choose at start-up. Correct?

Huawei HG630 V2 default IP is 192.168.1.1 unless that IP was changed. And I do see 24 hours there.

From your first post:

Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : AE-6A-86-72-EE-5C

IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.24(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 11 April 2021 14:20:52
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 11 April 2021 15:20:55
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.129
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.42.129

What is that device?

Lease time is one hour .

Do you switch back and forth between Windows 7 and Windows 10 along with also switching between router and phone tethering?

Is that Window capture from Windows 7? I believe so but no harm in confirming.

And you have two network adapters enabled if I am following correctly....

What does that window's counterpart in Windows 10 show?

Check the device MACs (Physical Address) to verify devices.

Realtec PCIe GbE family controller = 10-BF-48-78-4C-9A

Phone = AE-6A-86-72-EE-5C

In both Windows 7 and Windows 10 check Device Manager (ensure, via the View tab, that Show hidden devices is checked) what devices are listed under Network adapters?

My thought is that Windows 7 network adapter LAC7 is no longer correctly configured for wired connectivity.

Yes that picture was from W7

Those adapters have always been there, I did disable them and nothing changed,

This is from W10

Well MAC's are all correct, this is what it is on W7 under device manager

Already uninstalled and reinstalled drivers

On the W7 ensure that the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller is the only enabled network adapter.

Also try disabling IPv6. Especially if your ISP does not provide IPv6.

Are you using any VMs (Virtual Machines)?
Tried all that nothing worked and no

I feel the only choice is formatting it
