Hi!

I recently updated my Windows 10 but after my external soundcard wasn't working properly I decided to restore to previous version of windows and after that, my internet isn't working anymore...

I have done already:
-reset my router
-checked it works on other devices
-reinstall/update my network drivers
-make sure DHCP is automatic
-restarting computer numerous times
-trying to share net via phone(was not working either)

I don't know what to do anymore.. I just want this to be working again

Here are link for my ipconfig picture and couple other pictures. It basically says "your device is connected but you might not be able to access"

And the other picture just shows I have not IPv4 nor IPv6 connections

I would be extremely thankful if someone could help me.

So can we confirm that we can see green lights on the pc network card (at back where cable plugs in).

Also do we get green lights on the router.

Have you tried a different router port /cable?

From your screen shots it seems that your network card is detected, but you are not being served with a DHCP address. Have you tried setting a manual IP address (including gateway).

Yes, I can see green light on the pc's network card and all the lights I should see on my router. Also I have tested different port allready on my router and I have not tried to put ip addres manually. I can try that but what numbersshould I put there?

your network needs to have a control point and a numbering plan.

What IP address are your other computers using and where do they get it from?

But you need to know what address range you are using and what numbers are free. The number that shows in ipconfig is a default that windows populates when it can't see a dhcp sever.

I would expect your addresses to look like 192.168.xxx.xxx
