Unidentified network/no internet access problems

Have this come up on every network I connect to, wired or wireless, worked fine until I put laptop into sleep mode and took it to work. Tried multiple fixes to no avail and it's driving me nuts! Any help much appreciated

Do you use something like the Cisco NAC Agent at work? When your network adapter goes to sleep, it drops your connection, and the NAC Agent may not be reconnecting. Adjust your power settings for the network adapter(s) in your laptop so they may NOT be turned off to save power.
