well, depends on the network, the settings that you have assume that the router's IP address is 192.168.0.1, another assumption here is that DHCP is turned off or 192.168.0.2 is excluded from the DHCP scope.
so moral of the story is: check router settings to determine if your workstation settings are correct.

problem is with your local network. could be a bad network card, bad cable or bad router.
also the IP address of the router and the DHCP scope may have changed due to a reset to factory default or a configuration change.
first thing i would try is to change the IP settings on your computer to obtain IP address and DNS settings automatically. then run ipconfig and let us know the results.

Ethernet adapter local area connection:

Connection-specific DNS suffix:
Link-local IPv6 Address: fe80::a07b::30eb::72b1::a340%128
autoconfiguration IPv4 address: 169.254.163.64
Default gateway :

169 IP address means that your PC cannot contact a DHCP server (router is not responding)

so most likely suspect is the router.

cable problem or network card problem also possible but less likely.
i assume you already checked the cable and power cycled the router?
