unidentified space occupied in c drive

Hello,
Some days back I installed CALL OF DUTY:MODERN WARFARE 3 on my C: drive but, the game didn't got installed and occupied the space on the drive.
Now, when I select all items on c dive and right click it, the size on disk is showed as 60.9gb (total size of drive is 72.2). But when I open my computer, then the size is shown as 7.04 free of 72.2gb.
I USED CCLEANER BUT IT COULDN'T FIND THE UNIDENTIFIED DATA.
I AM USING WINDOWS 8.1 PRO 64BIT.
MY QUESTION IS WHERE THE REMAINING 4.26GB OF DATA HAS GONE AND HOW CAN I DELETE IT AS TO FREE UP THE MEMORY?
I DON'T WANT TO FORMAT MY PC AS FORMATTING IS NOT THE SOLUTION TO EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROMPT REPLY. I WAS WORRIED FROM LAST 1 MONTH AND TRIED ALL KINDS OF SOLUTIONS BUT THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME A PROPER RESULT. THIS SOFTWARE WORKED FOR ME AND I COULD EASILY DELETE THE GAME FOLDER WHICH WAS LOCATED IN A PLACE I COULDN'T EVEN IMAGINE.
