unigine heaven benchmark

I have a EVGA superclocked 8gb 1070 and ran uniogine heaven, I only got a score of 1477 while other 1070s are getting 5000 and up I have a very bad cpu (AMD Athlon 5350). will my cpu bottleneck my gpu in unigine heaven and will my ram affect the score also?

If so could you recommend a good cpu and RAM to go with a 1070.

At what settings are they getting this supposed 5000 points?

That said yes your CPU is a massive bottleneck for the GTX 1070.

You really need a new PC.

DX11 isn't a problem for a GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 for that matter.

For a GTX 1070 to get 5000 the settings have to be pretty low, and I mean really low.

I get a little over 3000 with a GTX 1080 and i7 7700K at 1920x1080 Ultra, Extreme.....

That said yes your CPU is a massive bottleneck for the GTX 1070.

You really need a new PC.

I looked at the leader board on unigine heaven I tried giving a screenshot but I can't unfortunately.

That said nobody I ever saw got over 3K with a GTX 1070 and that's with massively OCed machines and with the latest CPU's OCed.

Most are in the lower 2000's to mid 2,000's with GTX 1070's.

You will need a complete new system, that's MB, CPU and RAM.

That MB you have has no upgrade options, AM1 socket, zero options with that.
