I bought my first PC yesterday. It has an intel i7 6700(non K) processor and a Gigabyte gtx 970 G1. I ran unigine heaven to test my GPU and these were the scores:

FPS:
26.9
Score:
676
Min FPS:
16.7
Max FPS:
55.7
System
Platform:
Windows NT 6.2 (build 9200) 64bit
CPU model:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (3407MHz) x4
GPU model:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 10.18.13.5891 (4095MB) x1
Settings
Render:
Direct3D11
Mode:
1920x1080 8xAA fullscreen
Preset
Custom
Quality
Ultra
Tessellation:
Extreme

Isn't the score too low? I've checked online and people are usually getting more than 1500. What is wrong with my card?

Ok, you need to install the gpu drivers. It does not work out of the boxs, it is actually running the integrated graphics from the cpu through the gpu. Also, at those same settings, my gtx 950 gets 1505, and I haven't even gotten to processor voltage increase yet. You ought to get much more than that.
(Before you ask, ues, my settings where exactly the same, 8x AA and extreme preset 1080p

I cahnged the GPU for a different 970. The score I'm getting after some overclocking (+120 on the core and + 200 on the memory) gives me:

FPS:
59.9
Score:
1508
Min FPS:
26.1
Max FPS:
127.5

I checked online and I think the score is ok now. I would be able to sleep soundly tonight if only I wasn's having problems with my bluetooth now...for some reason it's not recognizing any bluetooth device!
