You cant uninstall deep freeze using control panel/add or remove programs the best way to remove it using the same installer you use to install it. first you must put it in thawed state then reboot your computer,after rebooting you will see a red x in the faronics logo it means that your pc is in thawed state then run the installer that you use to install it then select uninstall. however if you set a password and you forget it. the best way is to download deep freeze unfreezer but basically its hard to find and if your using a trial version best thing to do is reboot you computer enter bios set up and adjust your date settings to ten years save and exit then your trial version will automatically expire your computer is in thawed state

note: deep freeze is a complicated program for beginners just try some research before try to uninstall it
