Uninstall graphics driver windows 7

Hello,
I uninstalled something, i think it was my graphics card: well now my screen isnt as crisp looking and my screen saver doesnt work it say,"the screen saver cant run because it required a newer video card or one that's compatible with direct 3d." btw the computer is a dell m6600

Simply Reinstall it ?? go to the manufacturer website (AMD or NVIDIA most likely) download the latest driver and install them...
