Uninstall printer

Hello,I want to reinstall a office jet v in my computer but need to uninstall the printer before installing again.
(widows vista)

Why? What is the problem??

Go to control panel > programs and feautres, select any prnter software installed there & uninstall
Go to device manager & select the printer , right click, uninstall.
restart the computer.
Printer will get detected automatically.

working with windows me did not completely uninstall. printer detected previous instalation, would not install

Before installing latest drivers, follow the good habit of removing older driver versions using

Driver Cleaner Pro 1.5 (Freeware)

or

Revouninstaller
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

These tools may help you to remove the traces left!
