Uninstall Windows 10 to revert back to old Windows 7

How to uninstall Windows 10 (I am within the 30 days windows) and to revert back to my old Windows 7? There is a CRITICAL ERROR with the START menu/button and I cannot access the SETTINGS window to go to UPDATE & SECURITY. Is there another way to do this?

If you can open up the run command (Windows button + R) type in "sdclt" which will take you back to the system restore section of the control panel.

Failing that you could always right click on your desktop and select personalize, from there it will be possible to navigate all around the settings tab and if you go into "about" then click "system info" will take you into a part of the control panel from which you can navigate your way to backup and recovery.
