Uninstalled drivers for r9 390 now it doesnt display

So after reading some articles on why games didnt run well i learned that it was out of date drivers. One guy said its better to uninstall the old ones then install new ones so without getting instructions on how to do it correctly went on my way going into program files and deleting them. Now whenever i boot up and get to the login screen this pixelated screen comes up snd when i move my house it looks huge and i can only see the bottom left maybe quadrant of the screen if that. How do i fix this?

Move the monitor to the mother broad video output connector. Then install the R9 390 video driver. After successfully installing the driver, chance the monitor back to the GPU video output.
