uninstalled norton antivirus to install Trend Micro and PC turned off. It won't turn back on now when I push the on button.

I uninstalled Norton to be able to install Trend Micro. I clicked to remove everything Norton then the PC turned off immediately. Now the PC won't turn on when I press the start button. What can I do to get it to power on again ? Is my PC ruined ?

1. May I know the Norton program you had on your computer?
2. What is the version of Windows you are using?
3. Are you able to boot the computer in safe mode with networking?
4. What exactly happens when you turn on the computer?
