Uninstalling heatsink

Hey guys,
I have a amd 3800+ X2 processor. I am installing a Tt Big typhoon in the next couple of weeks and I need to uninstall my current heatsink. I need step by step instructions on how to do it. Its a socket 939. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

I don't remember the specific way you just need to do basically in reverse how you put it on. Remember applying a bit of force may be nessacary, but NOT TOO MUCH.. Restrain from exerting force directly on the cpu.
