uninstalling itunes on a windows 10

hi i have been trying to install itunes new update i have tried everything so my last resort is uninstalling itunes. i know where to that but my problem is when it just about to uninstall a warning message comes on to say that only an administrator and uninstall itunes well i looked on my account and it says that i am administrator! What do i do please help??????????
