Hi there!
i was wondering how i would uninstall windows 2000
professional & clean the hard drive (reformat) as I am
trying to install WIN XP professional..... thanks!

The XP install process should offer you a chance to delete/create/format
any existing partition(s), or just format. Save anything you value first.
