Hi guys,
I want to ask if you can use a cpu fan cooler without the socket becouse i have a motherboard that comes with an patent soldered intel celeron j1900 cpu and its cooling system is fanless (passive cooling)
But i dont trust that stuff but no socket is going to fit on that becouse its a random socket model for the cooling block so what can i do to mount a cpu fan and block to the cpuo without using a bracket as i already told there are no screw holes that you can compare to another socket's bracket ps: the moterboard has a cpu fan port.
Note: dont mind my english :)

You could try, but with no way to mount it there really is no way to make it work.
The passive cooling should be plenty, but if you still want a fan, just ziptie or otherwise attach a fan right on top of the existing heatsink and plug it into the header. No need to try and mount a new cooler.
