Universal Docking Station Recommendations (HP & Dell Support)

Seeking to improve my hybrid working situation (part onsite and part at home). My work laptop is an HP Elitebook 840 G6 and my personal laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15. I would like to get a docking station at home that can support both for adding a second monitor, USB headphones, USB keyboard, and USB mouse.

The HP has one USB C port. Dell does not have a USB C port. HP also has only one functioning USB port.

Looking for recommendations for best bang for my buck. Power supplied via docking station would be a major plus but not necessary.

Wanting this:

I strongly doubt these is any universal solution.
