Do they make a wireless keyboard receiver that will replace any keyboard/Mouse? I'm the worlds worst at keeping track of them.

As far as I've seen, they're pretty much brand specific.

If you like Logitech products, Logitech software will detect dual receivers and permit you to remove one of them and use the other for both transmitting devices.
