I have had the same problem. I was able to find one on Amazon a tear ago when my original broke. And recently broke the new one and can't find another. We're you able to connect with a universal remote?

No I couldn't. If you have your broken remote we should be able to connect the universal remote with the broken remote. Let me know if we can work on this.
