Universal remote help needed

Hi guys i have a phillips cl034 universal remote and i cant get it to work with xbox360 it worked before batts died now i cant figure it out HELLLPPPP

Trust that you replaced the batteries in the remote. And tried multiple known working batteries.

(Not being facetious but I have recently encountered two situations where replacement batteries were bad.....)

The next step is to verify that you correctly reprogrammed the remote for the xbox360.

Usually some common identifying code is needed.
