unknow wire in first build?.

I have a wire coming from my case with all the rest of my front panel wires and is says on it SD/MMS ? I don't no what it is and there no mention of it in the manual I got with the case

do you have card reader on the front of the case? what does the internal connector look like?

that's most likely a built-in card reader, SD (card) and MMS (card). most likely it connects to a USB header on the motherboard.

This is usually for a card reader. Typically this was be plugged into a USB header on the motherboard.
