Unknown beep code HELP ASAP!!!

i bought an old used computer with an ms-6268l-5.0a motherboard and all i get is three sets of 10 beeps please help me asap

something must be wrong inside( something not plugged in or something not connected correctly. Does your pc boot windows or not?
