Unknown Device not recognized

Hello i just built my first pc today, I assembled everything correctly and installed windows 8, when look in the device manager i get this in "unknown devices"

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28),

Location : on PCI standard ISA bridge

my motherboard is,

The chipset driver will solve the problem. Go to the Asrock MB website to download ad install the "AMD all in 1 driver ", before AMD has the 970 chipset driver to download, but now it is gone only that all in 1 driver.
