Hello Everyone.
So, recently i have had extreme internet issues... by extreme i mean that the down speed from my ISP to my house was 76Mbps but from my router to my devices it could be as low as 0.5Mbps and never above 8Mbps...
for the longest time i just accepted it, rang the isp once in a while to try and resolve the issue untill earlier when i was going through the connections that my Network is recieving. I noticed alot of devices with listings like this : Unknown-70-AE-E1-CS-D7-3A... I just though they were various connection around my house like laptops, and phones etc. I deleted all of the connections from my network apart from my phone and my main desktop pc (both wireless connections) and in less thank 5 minutes a dozen of these unknown connections had appeared again.. does anybody know what these are? and could they be the cause of my internet troubles?
To All of you that are going to tell me to use a wired connection. it is not an option. My pc has always used a wireless connection and up until a few months ago (with no change to the wireless equipment or distance) it had ran fine at around 70Mbps.
I Did this at 3:30am, so the devices can't be other peoples devices in my house as they are all sleeping right now... plus they were all named devices on the network
thanks for the help
