Unknown DirectX Error

I recently did a windows update and ever since the update i have been getting DirectX unknown errors when i try to play league of leagues AND on all my games i have been getting these random errors when i try to launch them (CSGO, left 4 dead, Battlefield etc).I have tried updating my graphic driver, doing a system restore to the dodgy update date then reupdate, iv even tried to update my DirectX and it says its up to date... The problem STILL persists, even microsoft help center cannot help me...

it says they are all up to date.. 🙁 and the link is broken btw it says "bad request".
