Unknown drive windows 10

I only have 1 storage unit in my PC (1TB M.2) and i just reinstalled windows due to a corrupted boot file and when i go to Optimise Drives i see this a new drive names \\?/Volume{f4122e...
i think it might be my Recovery Partition but I'm unsure

Yes, that is a hidden partition that defrag will auto clean once a month...

Why are you in defrag? You don't need to run defrag on ssd, windows will run it when/if needed. Unlike hdd, its not as necessary to keep ssd at full speed as ssd don't have physical sectors that need to be shuffled around to keep them united, and defrag is just extra read/write actions that aren't needed.

win 10 auto runs defrag if you have shadow copy on.. that is used in system restore so its auto set to be on but only saves system settings when you update drivers, so handy as a backup
