Unknown Error 41 on Maximus VIII Hero Mobo

Just put my rig together and I'm getting Q-code "41" on my Maximus VIII Hero Mobo. The error isn't in the manual. Also I can get it to boot to the BIOS and it reads everything, but will not boot to the Windows 10 OS USB. When I tell it restarts on a loop.

What error getting if starting the board without RAMs?

Have you tried reinstalling Windows?

So after an hour or so of effort between me and a Geek Squad friend, here is what we did that got it to read the initial Windows install.
1) Pushed CPU Ok button on Mobo
2) Booted into BIOS
3) Set optical drive as primary boot order (not UEFI optical drive choice)
4) Used a Win10 ISO not the flash drive, which is what I think the problem was. Odd as it read the USB drive with accurate information just wouldn't boot to it.
So get the DISC not the USB and save yourself some headache
