Question Unknown error causing memory issues

I built a PC November 2023, and had no issues until January 2025. Now, when there are a few programs open (music, a game, and OBS for example), something will crash, but not always the same thing, OR nothing will fully crash but something happens. When I stream or record video with OBS all of the docks in OBS will go black, and then come back. When that happens my in game FPS also drops and then rebounds. Sometimes the game crashes, or OBS crashes, and once the whole system locked up. Sometimes I'll get an error message, but sometimes I don't, and when I do get an error, they arent the same error repeated (see attached error photos). It seems to typically be right around 85 minutes of uptime. I see that "System" shoots up in usage at the same time CPU and GPU also spike to 100%, but "system" isn't helpful to me to troubleshoot the problem. Also the Dedicated GPU Memory drops from 15.5/16gb to 5.0/16gb. Any help is appreciated at locating and eliminating the issue, especially if it means I don't have to wipe and clean install windows. I wanted to attach screen capture photos of the different errors I have gotten, as well as screen captures of the Task manager before, during, and after the spike/drops, as well as the DxDiag file that AMD requested, but I don't see a place to upload photos. When I spoke to AMD about the issue they ultimately said it is a software issue, but couldn't expand on that diagnosis. If a different log is helpful I can provide it, though I don't know what log I should be looking for.

Also note that I have updated the graphics card drivers, motherboard BIOS, and purchased and swap new RAM sticks, and am still experiencing the same issues regardless.

but couldn't expand on that diagnosis.
Do you experience the same issues/crashes when booted into Safe Mode as well?

they ultimately said it is a software issue
Could be, but could also be hardware issue. E.g RAM or VRAM.

To test RAM, download and run memtest86,
link: https://www.memtest86.com/

Guide to install and use it: https://www.memtest86.com/tech_creating-window.html

1 full pass (all 15 tests) is bare minimum. 2 full passes are better while 4 full passes is considered acceptable.
Since it takes a while, best to let it run overnight. 1x 8GB ~1h per 1 full pass. 2x 8GB ~2.5h per 1 full pass. So, ~5h for your 2x 16GB per 1 pass. Or ~20h for 4 full passes.

If there are no errors - RAM is sound.

and swap new RAM sticks
Just because you bought new RAM, doesn't mean the new RAM is error free. Only memtest86 can tell that.

I have not booted in safe mode. AMD recommended booting in Clean mode, to test each program 1 by 1, but the issue only happens when multiple programs are running simultaneously.

I did run memtest86 and it returned no errors.

That link of yours, when clicked on, leads to broken site. But plain copy/paste of the link letters work. So, best to remove the broken URL under it.

Based on the images/vids, you have issue with Dead By Daylight game. Some Google-Fu and found other people having the same issue. Some fixes to try;
Open the Window's 'Graphic Settings' (System > Display > Graphics) and find 'EasyAntiCheat Launcher' in the list. Click it then click 'Options'. Manually choose 'High Performance', which should be your GPU.
The only solution I have found is to use the -dx11 startup option

Give those fixes a try and look if things improve.

Clean Mode booting, is yes, 2nd step after Safe Mode booting and when system works fine in Safe Mode, the the ordeal of finding the conflicting programs would begin.

But based on your images, you have game VRAM leak issue.
Dead By Daylight has min 1GB VRAM and recommended 4GB VRAM. It hogging all your 16GB of VRAM is not normal. It is game issue, which i suggest you look into and combat.
